    简 历:

    研究员,博士生导师,国家杰出青年基金获得者,中国科学院“百人计划”入选者和“引进国外杰出人才”。曾担任封丘农田生态系统国家野外科学观测研究站站长。1984和1987年毕业于南京农业大学土壤农业化学系,分别获学士和硕士学位;2003年在中国科学院南京土壤研究所获博士学位。1987年起在中国科学院南京土壤研究所工作,1997-1998年在澳大利亚昆士兰林业研究所和Griffith大学做高级访问学者,2004-2006年在日本国立农业环境技术研究所(NIAES)任JSPS特别研究员。长期从事土壤碳氮转化及其环境效应研究,发表学术论文100多篇,其中SCI收录论文50余篇,以第一作者发表SCI论文20多篇,授权发明和实用新型专利4项。获得国家自然科学二等奖1次,全国百篇优秀博士学位论文奖和中国科学院首届优秀博士学位论文奖。

    土壤化学,环境生物学. 

    重点研究:①自然湿地温室气体排放和微生物机制,②农田土壤氮素转化过程和含氮气体减排,③土壤碳转化、微生物机制和地力培育。
