    男,博士,研究员,博士生导师;国家杰出青年基金获得者,“百千万人才工程”国家级人选,享受国务院政府特殊津贴人员;土壤养分管理与污染修复国家研究中心副主任。1991年毕业于浙江农业大学(现浙江大学)土壤学与农业化学系,1994、1997年在中国科学院沈阳应用生态研究所分别获硕士、博士学位。先后在香港浸会大学、澳大利亚墨尔本大学和拉筹伯大学、英国洛桑试验站、南非iThemba实验室等单位开展土壤污染与修复机制合作研究。

    长期从事污染重金属土壤界面过程与植物修复研究,系统地进行了污染区重金属污染特征、生物(植物、土壤动物与微生物)效应,污染源识别;探明了植物超积累镉及其解毒机制,研发镉超积累植物吸取修复技术,建立了植物修复与光伏发电的“农光互补技术”、植物吸取-低积累水稻轮作修复锌镉污染土壤的原理与技术,探明了修复植物安全处置及资源化利用原理;探明了超积累/积累植物连续吸取修复过程中土壤颗粒表面及土-植界面重金属有效性及稳定性同位素变化特征及机制;有机络合强化调控对重金属积累植物修复效率的影响、机理及环境风险,养分调控对修复植物生长和修复效率的增强作用;合作开展了镉锌超积累植物伴矿景天耐受和超积累镉的分子机制。污染土壤修复技术已在浙江、湖南、湖北、江苏、贵州、广东、云南、四川等地进行规模化示范,效果显著。

    已发表论文400篇(其中SCI论文200篇),申请发明专利10项(已获授权7项),获省部级奖励3项。
