    简 历:

    1982–1986年在浙江农业大学(现浙江大学)获农学学士学位;1989年和1993年在中国科学院南京土壤研究所分别获理学硕士和理学博士学位。1994–1995年在英国洛桑研究所从事博士后工作。1995–1998年在中国科学院南京土壤研究任副研究员。1998–2000年在日本国立农业环境技术研究所任日本科技厅特别研究员(JST博士后);2000–2002年在日本香川大学任日本学术振兴会特别研究员(JSPS博士后)。2002任中国科学院南京土壤研究所研究员,博士生导师。长期从事土壤肥力、植物生理等方面的研究工作,主要包括:植物对酸性土壤的适应机理、土壤元素迁移转化和生物有效性、集约化农田养分均衡调控技术模式研究与示范等方面。重点以土壤-植物根系作为研究对象,从土壤-植物营养的角度,系统地研究了酸性土壤上植物耐铝机制和氮、磷等养分在植物适应酸性土壤中的作用,丰富了植物耐铝毒机制理论,拓展了土壤肥力的研究。主编专著一部。前后发表学术论文100余篇,其中SCI论文44篇。
