    简 历:

    中国工程院院士,中国科学院南京土壤研究所研究员,中国科学院大学教授、博士生导师,“973”项目、国家重点研发计划项目首席科学家。1957年出生于江苏高邮,1982年在南京农业大学获土壤农业化学学士学位,1985年在中国科学院南京土壤研究所获土壤学硕士学位,1990年在国际水稻研究所农业工程系/菲律宾大学获土壤物理学博士学位后,回南京土壤研究所工作。1994~1995年在美国加州大学(Riverside)合作研究1年;1997~2002间,分别赴澳大利亚墨尔本大学土地与粮食学院和CSIRO 水土研究所Griffith实验室、德国Hohenhem大学土壤系和Heidelberg大学环境物理所、日本九州大学生物生长环境模拟实验室等开展为期2~3个月短期合作研究共8次。

    长期从事土壤水循环、物质迁移转化过程系统模拟及其生态环境效应、土壤信息快速获取、中低产田治理与地力提升理论和技术等方面的研究工作。近年来,重点围绕我国13亿亩中低产田治理面临的土壤障碍因子消减、地力提升两大科技问题进行突破,创建了土壤障碍因子分类消减、激发式快速培肥地力、易涝渍农田水土联治等理论与技术体系,创新了土壤参数探测技术与设备,并作为带头人建立了我国农田试验站联网研究平台和土壤养分管理国家工程实验室,着力推进土壤改良向精准对症跨越,科技支撑国家中低产田治理和高标准农田建设行动,为我国耕地质量提升做出了突出贡献。

    先后获得国家科技进步一等奖1项和国家科技进步二等奖3项;发表学术论文411篇,其中SCI收录论文151篇;获国家专利29项、软件著作权17项,其中1项发明专利获技术转让费1200万元。1992年享受国务院政府特殊津贴,2008年获周光召农业科学家奖,2016年获中国土壤学会奖,2018年当选国际土壤学联合会土壤工程与技术委员会主席,2019年当选中国工程院院士。目前还担任中国生态系统研究网络(CERN)科学委员会副主任、中国土壤学会常务理事以及《Environmental Science and Pollution Research》、《土壤肥料与植物营养学报》、《生态学杂志》、《土壤》和《土壤与作物》等期刊编委等。
